Training Plan: Half Marathon Intermediate
THIS 10-WEEK PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR A RUNNER WHO HAS DONE ONE OR TWO HALF MARATHONS AND IS SERIOUS ABOUT IMPROVING THEIR TIME. THIS PROGRAM IS ALSO DESIGNED FOR A RUNNER WHO AS NEVER DONE A HALF MARATHON BUT IS A SEASONED RUNNER WHO HAS DONE QUITE A FEW 10KS/5KS, HAS DONE SPEEDWORK BEFORE AND IS LOOKING TO HIT A CERTAIN GOAL TIME FOR THEIR FIRST HALF MARATHON.
This program includes 5 days of running, 1 day of Stretching and Strengthening activities and 1 rest day.
