Training Plan: 3.101 (Beginner’s 5K)
This 10-week program is designed for a beginner or for someone who is not currently very active and would like to run a 5K. It is intended to increase endurance and strength to take you from the couch to the finish line of your first 5K.
This program includes 3 days of running, 2 days of stretching and strengthening activities and 2 day of rest & recovery.
