Training Plan: Half Marathon Beginner I
THIS 12-WEEK PROGRAM IS GEARED TOWARD BEGINNERS. IT IS DESIGNED FOR A RUNNER WHO IS DOING THEIR FIRST HALF MARATHON WITH THE MAIN GOAL OF FINISHING AND WHO ARE NEW TO OR HAVE NEVER DONE “SPEED WORK.”
This program includes 4 days of running, 2 days of Stretching and Strengthening activities and 1 rest day.
